Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, your role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. You will regularly engage with clients to provide updates on products/services, address concerns, and gather feedback. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on strategic planning for existing accounts - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Clients & the Organization - Generating requirements from new clients and maintaining existing clients - Responsible for getting new leads requirements and enhancing business relations with existing clients - Making timely submissions and providing all required information to clients for end client submissions - Following up with clients on the progress of the submittals made - Guiding and motivating the team to source profiles, screen them, and engage with candidates - Consistently maintaining a high shortlist to interview to select ratio - Being hands-on in the above activities and contributing significantly to total closures - Information gathering on key stakeholders and conducting meetings - Operating from the customer location - Developing new businesses across verticals/geography within the assigned customers - Interacting with all stakeholders daily within the customer and identifying immediate opportunities - Improving wallet share and mitigating competition through effective execution, speed, and agility - Ensuring invoicing accuracy and collections - Team management and people management - Sales responsibility and P&L Accountability for the business - Dealing with clients and streamlining the collection process - Reaching sales targets in terms of clients acquired and MSA signed - Driving results and efficiency Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Sales experience in NON-IT staffing recruitment in the BFSI industry - Prior experience in client management with contract staffing of at least 10 years - Self-driven and motivated to achieve success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Location: Bangalore,
