Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various online platforms
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment databases using MS-Excel
• Write and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
