As a potential candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, internal referrals, and recruitment events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess suitability and alignment with role requirements. - Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
