Recruitment & Finance Operations - Intern

As an Intern in Recruitment & Finance Operations at our Pune office, you will have the exciting opportunity to support both Recruitment and Finance teams. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the entire recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate onboarding. - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. - Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. - Support campus hiring and internship drives. - Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial records and reports. - Help maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and other financial data. - Work closely with cross-functional teams for operational and financial alignment. Qualifications: - MBA pursuing or completed (specialization in Finance / Marketing / Operations). - Strong interest in HR recruitment processes and financial operations. - Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude. - Prior internship experience in HR or Finance is a plus but not mandatory. In this role, you will gain exposure to real-world HR recruitment and finance operations, hands-on experience in managing corporate processes, and the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals.
