Recruitment Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Executive to support the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience, and contributing to building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on hiring status.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment practices and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in an agency or corporate HR setup).

Pay: ₹9,567.17 - ₹15,000.00 per month
