Overview

The Recruitment Executive – Oil & Gas is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical positions within the Oil & Gas sector. The role requires strong industry understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client needs.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Share client/job updates and ensure transparency.
• Understand job descriptions in detail, especially for specialist roles (e.g., Welders, Pipe Fitters, Technicians, Engineers).
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining dates, documents, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on Oil & Gas job trends, salary structures, and skill requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired positions.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Maintain proper data handling as per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and client requirements.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas job roles and terminologies.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using recruitment tools and job portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Oil & Gas recruitment is an added advantage).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
