• Responsible for on-time delivery of clients requirements
• Sourcing and screening resumes from various sources ( Naukri, LinkedIn, Internal Database (RMS), Monster, Times job) with a target of 3 CVs per day. • Understand client and job profile thoroughly. • Scheduling the interviews of screening shortlisted candidates • Continuous interaction with the selected candidates till the offer rollouts and follow-up till candidate joins and completes 3 or 6 months in the company • Daily updating MIS, CDS. . Monthly Target -Minimum 2 offers with an aim of 1 joinee per month.
