Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews & closures.
* Work on multiple requirements with tight deadlines.
* Strong in headhunting, social media hiring & networking*.
* Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Coordinate with stakeholders & ensure timely closures.
· Working with organisations to develop a recruitment plan.
· Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
· Drafting and posting job descriptions.
· Interviewing candidates.
· Preparing job offers.
· Networking with various institutions and social media.
HR Recruiter Requirements:
· Bachelor's in human resources.
· MBA preferred.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
· Excellent record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
