· Handling all types of end to end recruitment.
· Sourcing candidate from job portals with search, mass mails, job posting & references
· Solving queries of Candidates (lined up)
· Involved in preliminary screening, sorting and short listing of resumes from our database and job portals, Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization etc.
· Maintaining Database, Coordinating with the candidate for interview schedule, salary negotiations etc.
· Doing interview follow-ups of the interviews scheduled.
· Ensuring that the short listed candidate joins the company
