Role & responsibilities

• Add new client contacts to the internal system and VMS if applicable.
• Log new roles on an internal system and VMS if applicable
• Record interview details on the internal database/VMS
• Monitor VMS for interview feedback where applicable.
• Record offer and placement information on the internal database/VMS
• Countersign contracts/client schedules via DocuSign.
• Record details of extension offers received on the internal system/VMS if applicable.
• Update user-defined fields on the internal database
• Where applicable and requested by APM, ensure Kit is returned if the contract is terminating.
• Countersign contracts/client schedules via DocuSign
• Send exit surveys where applicable.
• Support the APM team with day-to-day administrative functions.
• Record all information on our internal database throughout placement and log any additional information gained from the client or RBP.
• Always ensure 100% real-time data is available for the client and/or RBP throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous administration experience
• International calling or BPO background
• IT skills to include the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal database
• High level of written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels (internal & external)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret information.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
