Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Quince, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling interviews for roles of all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include partnering with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates" needs efficiently. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support for events and meetings beyond interviews, maintain accurate records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities, and generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.
