Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Quince, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling interviews for roles of all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include partnering with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates" needs efficiently. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc support for events and meetings beyond interviews, maintain accurate records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities, and generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels - Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sources to streamline scheduling - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process - Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates" needs efficiently - Provide ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities - Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify trends Qualifications Required: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - 0.6 months to 2 years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company - Experience scheduling for leadership interviews - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment At Quince, our mission is to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot.
