Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support offer release, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth hiring process.
  • Generate recruitment reports and help improve processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
