Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct recruitment activities — sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, volunteers, and partner organizations.
• Support public relations efforts to promote our mission and attract talented individuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of all recruitment activities.
• Use MS Office tools efficiently to manage and track candidate information.
• Assist in organizing and supporting community engagement events.
• Contribute ideas and energy to strengthen the overall growth of Smile Makers Foundation.
