Recruitment Business Development Manager

You will be part of Page Outsourcing, one of the fastest-growing Global Outsourced providers, supporting major clients worldwide. You will contribute to offering tailored, multi-regional outsourcing solutions across various regions. Backed by our best-in-class Page Group infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to deliver industry-leading performance. As a key member of the Global Sales team, your role will involve developing and growing the Outsourcing business in India. You will collaborate with peers to drive new business opportunities within RPO solutions, Project, and Advisory service lines. Your responsibilities will include identifying and closing major revenue opportunities, meeting annual revenue and margin targets, and working closely with solutions & tender teams, delivery leads, and operational recruitment teams. To excel in this role, you should possess 12+ years of business development experience in RPO and/or Recruitment Projects. You should be a self-starter with strong skills in lead generation and networking. Previous experience in managing direct reports and supporting global capability centers or shared services centers will be advantageous.
