Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sourcing life cycle while ensuring adherence to SLAs and driving successful hiring outcomes.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for open roles.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media and other innovative methods, to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with business leaders to establish and achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual recruitment targets.
Perform candidate screening, tracking, and reporting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related tools.
Apply detailed selection criteria to identify top talent and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Regularly update candidate status and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Provide recruitment insights, manage partner expectations, and address hiring challenges effectively.
Perform other recruitment and operational tasks as assigned by management.
