Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sourcing life cycle while ensuring adherence to SLAs and driving successful hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for open roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media and other innovative methods, to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish and achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual recruitment targets.
  • Perform candidate screening, tracking, and reporting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related tools.
  • Apply detailed selection criteria to identify top talent and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Regularly update candidate status and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Provide recruitment insights, manage partner expectations, and address hiring challenges effectively.
  • Perform other recruitment and operational tasks as assigned by management.
