Responsibilities

* Collect weekly & monthly KPIs from each recruiter
• Compile dashboards and flag variances for the manager

Task Management

Hotlist / ERM Ownership

Guest-House Coordination

Process & Tools

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Experience:

1–3 years in recruiting coordination.
Exposure to US staffing/OPT processes is highly desirable.

Skills:

Exceptional spoken & written English; confident on calls with US stakeholders.
Proven ability to chase details, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of JIRA, MS Office, and any ATS or CRM; aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
Strong analytical mind set comfortable building KPI reports and spotting trends.

Personality:
Self-starter, assertive yet professional, comfortable pushing for results in a fast-paced environment.
