As a Recruiter/Sr Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team at TresVista, your primary responsibility will be to seek, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent. You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and acquiring talented individuals to meet the organizational requirements, while also engaging in employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the labor force, and building a strong candidate pipeline. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Understanding the department's needs and contributing to the development of a recruitment strategy - Updating job descriptions regularly - Sourcing potential candidates through various channels to meet staffing needs - Managing job postings on online platforms - Engaging with candidates and maintaining a candidate database - Devising creative methods to attract suitable candidates - Reviewing applications, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating assessments and interviews - Managing offer procedures and supervising the post-offer engagement process - Supporting data analysis and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel Preferred candidates for this role should have prior experience in hiring within the IT/Tech/BFSI domains. Attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to maintain information confidentiality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential prerequisites for this position.
