As a Recruitment Consultant in this company, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own consulting desk within the Recruitment Division. Your role will involve: - Building and managing a market research service to attract new clients - Networking to identify business opportunities using our strong network and market experience - Managing specific key accounts and having an active client-facing role - Formulating and managing recruitment assignments, focusing on mid-career to senior level opportunities - Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Marketing teams, and Regional Team Leaders to develop attraction plans - Ensuring each recruitment assignment is delivered within budget and meets client expectations - Demonstrating best practices and promoting brand awareness - Communicating the business pipeline to the Managing Director and Recruitment Manager - Building and leading a team of Consultants and Recruiters, mentoring less experienced team members Key qualifications and competencies for this role include: - Strong commercial awareness - Account management skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Attention to detail and creative thinking - Strong team player with analytical and reporting abilities - Excellent project management skills Ideal qualifications and experience: - Degree in HR or related field, professional qualification beneficial - Extensive knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Mining/Minerals/Extraction, especially in emerging markets - Recruitment and account management experience, preferably with international exposure - Fluency in English required, additional language skills beneficial In summary, this role offers the opportunity to build and manage your own business unit within the Recruitment Division, work with a diverse range of industries, and lead a team of Consultants and Recruiters to success.,
