Job Description

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the BPO/KPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening:

- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

2. Interviews and Assessments:

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

3. Offer Management:

- Extend job offers to selected candidates.

- Negotiate salary and benefits as needed.

4. Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end.

- Ensure timely filling of open positions.


Requirements:

1. Experience in BPO/KPO industry recruitment or similar field.

2. Strong sourcing and screening skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have:

1. Experience with recruitment software and tools.

  • 2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
