We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting high-caliber candidates for our client's senior-level positions. Your main responsibilities will include partnering with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and company culture, conducting comprehensive candidate searches using various sourcing strategies, screening and qualifying potential candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit, conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, and staying updated on the current job market and industry trends. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels, excellent presentation and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, a high level of confidence and a positive, results-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required.,
