Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for various positions within the organization through end-to-end recruitment process.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :

0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
