You will also be required to coordinate with clients and hiring managers, ensuring timely closures and maintaining recruitment pipelines. We are seeking individuals with 1-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, volume, or non-IT sectors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a result-driven attitude and a sense of urgency. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment is crucial.
