Roles and Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Understanding Hiring Needs:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Understand team dynamics, role expectations, and success metrics.

Sourcing Candidates:

Use job boards, social media, referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

Coordinating Interviews:
Schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Experience:
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.

Provide feedback and updates throughout the process.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers and negotiate terms.
Ensure alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.

Employer Branding:

Represent the organization positively in all candidate interactions
Data & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
Provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and decisions.
