Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and other highly-skilled medical professionals. With 4-10 years of experience, you will be a key player in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier medical talent across various specialties. This role requires exceptional networking skills, a deep understanding of the medical landscape, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with the candidates.

• Proactively identify, source, and attract doctor candidates across various specialties using a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), medical associations, residency programs, and direct outreach.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth initial screenings to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and career goals.
• Possess a strong understanding of medical degrees (MBBS, MD, MS, DNB, DM, MCh), specializations, and credentialing processes.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of candidates, capturing all relevant information and interactions.
