Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of financial services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sourcing profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals etc.
