Roles and Responsibilities :

Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of financial services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in sourcing profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals etc.
