Role & responsibilities Sourcing & Outreach: • Identify and source potential candidates through field visits to training centers, skill development programs, hospitals, and rural outreach. • Build strong relationships with local training institutes, NGOs, healthcare schools, and community networks. • Geographical Hiring throughout Karnataka. Screening & Shortlisting: • Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, behavior, and motivation. • Shortlist eligible candidates based on company criteria for nursing attendant roles. Recruitment Drives: • Organize and conduct recruitment camps, open interviews, and job fairs across assigned locations. • Ensure efficient coordination, documentation, and attendance during field recruitment drives . Documentation & Onboarding: • Assist selected candidates with document collection, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding requirements. • Ensure candidates are aware of job responsibilities, code of conduct, and company policies. Reporting & Coordination: • Maintain detailed reports of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and joining ratios. • Coordinate with the HR and operations team to ensure staffing targets are met on time.
