Job Title: Recruiter Location: Sankar IAS Academy, Coimbatore Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, primarily for academic and administrative positions. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals Coordinate interviews with department heads and handle scheduling Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Support onboarding and ensure completion of hiring documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) 1–2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
