Recruiter | Night Shift

As a Recruiter at IMS People Possible in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, maintain candidate databases, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills. Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment regulations is essential, along with experience in utilizing recruitment software and tools. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will be key in interacting with candidates and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the capability to work efficiently under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, certifications in HR or Recruitment Management would be considered advantageous.
