You will be joining a highly reputed healthcare recruitment and management consultancy firm, Kairali Management Services, approved by the Ministry of External Affairs. As an ISO-certified recruiter, we streamline the recruitment process, making overseas employment much more accessible. Our primary focus is on recruiting healthcare professionals for various countries such as the UK, Ireland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. As a Recruiter based in Kozhikode, this full-time on-site role will require you to identify and source healthcare professionals, conduct interviews, and oversee the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, managing candidate databases, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in candidate sourcing, interviewing skills, and recruitment process management. Your communication and interpersonal abilities should be exceptional, and you should be adept at maintaining candidate databases and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands both independent work and effective collaboration within a team. Previous experience in healthcare recruitment would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,
