About the job: We're Hiring! Position: Bench Sales Recruiter - Night shift Location: Vadodara (2nd Floor, SF43, PVR VED TRASCUBE PLAZA, Central Bus Stand) Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) Shift: Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM) Experience: Fresher/Experienced Job overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and placing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD holders) by working closely with vendors, clients, and Tier 1 partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of IT staffing in the US market. Key responsibilities: 1. Bench Marketing & Placement: Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD) to potential clients and vendors. Identify and secure job opportunities for bench consultants through direct marketing, networking, and job portals. Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors. 2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, clients, and direct hiring managers. Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding. 3. Sourcing & Screening: Work with recruiting teams to source suitable IT positions for bench consultants. Match candidates with job requirements, ensuring their skills align with client needs. 4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies. Maintain proper documentation for each consultant, including resume updates and contract details. 5. Job Portals & Networking: Utilize job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed for job searches. Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to find opportunities. 6. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet monthly and quarterly placement targets. Provide regular reports on consultant status, market trends, and hiring progress. Qualifications & skills: 1. Education: Any bachelor's degree. 2. Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing preferred. 3. Strong understanding of US IT staffing, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and job portals. 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple consultants simultaneously.
