About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Source and screen candidates for IT/technical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. 2. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - from requirement gathering to offer rollout. 4. Maintain candidate database and daily trackers. 5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical positions. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency). 2. Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). 3. Good understanding of technical roles and technologies. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
