Recruiter Interns

As a Recruiter Intern at our company, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting talents that align with our hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and contribute to crafting job descriptions. Key Responsibilities: - Screen resumes to identify potential candidates - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability - Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft job descriptions Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with applicant tracking systems - Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and procedures - Good organizational and time-management skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara In addition to the above details, please note that this is a full-time on-site role in Vadodara for Recruiter Interns.,
