Role & responsibilities

• Win new client accounts and build relationships.
• Understand and intake detailed job requirements.
• Source and build a network of qualified candidates.
• Pitch and market shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage reference and background checks.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Focus on performance metrics like placements and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  A highly organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude, Basic familiarity with office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), Currently pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

• Sales-Driven:

  A proven hunter mentality with a strong desire to earn commission and exceed targets.

• Resilient:

  Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment; handles rejection well.
