As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves recruiting professionals across various departments such as Warehouse, Accounts, IT, and SCM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Internet searches and job postings using tools like job boards, social media X-Ray search, and Boolean search. - Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to understand and qualify requirements in terms of skills and hierarchy levels. - Conducting preliminary phone interviews and shortlisting candidates for further rounds with hiring managers. - Scheduling and coordinating in-person or telephonic interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Contributing to expanding and filtering the pre-existing database of candidates. - Actively submitting candidates and understanding requirements in different domain categories. Qualifications required for this role: - 1 to 2 years of experience in US Recruitment. - Comfortable working in US shift timings (9PM to 6AM). - Ability to effectively recruit in a time-sensitive environment.
