Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in EdTech recruitment, focused on internal hiring. The role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles such as sales, academic counselors, operations, HR, and support teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong understanding of internal talent movement and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Drive internal hiring for backfills, internal movements, and lateral shifts
  • Source eligible internal candidates and referrals aligned with role needs
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview rounds
  • Ensure a fair and transparent internal recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports using ATS or Excel
  • Monitor TATs and ensure smooth coordination between teams
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably within an EdTech company
  • Experience hiring for roles such as sales, academic counselors, operations, HR, or support
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
