• Talent Acquisition:Identify and attract qualified candidates for open roles within the organization.
• Sourcing:Use various channels, such as job sites, professional networks, and social media, to find potential candidates.
• Screening:Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and experience against job requirements.
• Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
• Candidate Experience:Create a positive experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Offer Management:Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and with HR professionals on recruitment strategies.
• Market Insight:Stay informed about hiring trends, best practices, and the labor market to stay competitive.

Key Skills
