Recruiter (Field Recruiter)

As a Field Recruiter at our company located in Mandir Hasaud, Raipur, your role will involve sourcing, recruiting, and managing labor requirements for our plant. You are expected to be a local resident with strong networking skills in nearby villages to ensure a steady supply of skilled and unskilled labor as per operational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Visit nearby villages to source labor for the plant. - Maintain a consistent supply of skilled and unskilled labor in line with operational requirements. - Handle labor-related documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies. - Collaborate with HR and plant management for workforce planning. - Keep records of recruited labor and their work status. - Assist in onboarding and briefing laborers about job roles and regulations. - Address labor concerns and coordinate resolutions with HR. Qualifications Required: - Must be a local resident with established connections in nearby villages. - Previous experience in labor recruitment or a related field is preferred. - Willingness to extensively travel within rural areas. - Basic knowledge of labor laws and documentation. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
