Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various clients and industries.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and line up candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and update them regularly.
Maintain candidate and client data in Google Sheets.
Meet monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

Minimum
6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience
(consultancy experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have a
laptop
and basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
