Recruiter Contract

As a Technical/Non Technical Recruiter at apexanalytix, you will partner with company management to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business and deliver the best talent. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for roles in India and the US, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System regularly. You will apply job-related criteria to pre-screen applicants, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in India and the US - Source, screen, and interview candidates - Coordinate offers and maintain the Applicant Tracking System - Pre-screen applicants based on job-related criteria - Collaborate with hiring managers - Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity standards Qualifications Required: - MBA or equivalent degree - At least 2 years of recruitment experience focusing on both India and US markets - Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Rippling - Strong understanding of US and India hiring processes and compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for people and team building - Prior experience in a high-growth tech startup environment apexanalytix values its associates and offers competitive benefits tailored to the countries served.
