Job Title: Recruiter – International & Domestic Hiring

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Recruiter to join our Bangalore team. This role will support a hybrid recruitment portfolio—primarily international roles (UK, EMEA, and occasionally US) along with domestic IT and non-IT hiring.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in full-cycle recruitment, be confident in handling client-facing roles, and demonstrate agility in switching between time zones and hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international markets (UK, Europe, US) and domestic mandates
• Work across diverse functions including IT support, infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, finance, and operational roles
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with both internal teams and external clients
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business heads to ensure alignment of JD, expectations, and delivery timelines
• Maintain daily trackers and share timely updates on open positions
• Support interview scheduling across different time zones and manage follow-ups efficiently
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Handle offer negotiations, pre-boarding formalities, and maintain documentation for audit readiness

Required Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of total recruitment experience
• Minimum 2 years in international hiring (UK or EMEA preferred)
• Hands-on experience in domestic hiring across tech and non-tech roles
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing for mid to senior-level roles, including niche profiles
• Proven ability to handle multiple open requisitions in parallel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with MSPs, RPOs, or IT services firms
• Familiarity with international recruitment documentation/compliance (visa, right-to-work, GDPR basics)

• This is an onsite role based at our Bangalore office
• Candidate must be flexible to overlap UK/EMEA time zones as needed
