Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage month end reporting process, including general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and transformational leadership.
Oversee record to report (RTR) processes to ensure accurate financial statements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
Identify areas for improvement in the finance department's operations and implement changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-14 years of experience in managerial finance or a related field.
Strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Month End Reporting, R2R (Record to Report), Transformational Leadership.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proven track record of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience in Finance from AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES will be preferred.

Candidate MUST be flexible to multiple shifts .
