Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explaining accounting practices. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to internal controls and develop processes to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency. Collaborate with other finance teams to streamline financial processes and reporting. Preferred candidate profile Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification is preferred. Experience : 1-5 years in accounting or finance roles. Technical Skills : Proficiency in general ledger functions, financial statement preparation, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Soft Skills : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
