Strategic Oversight:
Develop, implement, and monitor effective reconciliation strategies.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of reconciliation specialists to achieve operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reconciliation tools, financial software, and MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized university.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance.
