PRO Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all parent-related queries and concerns.
Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with parents.
Communicate regularly with parents through calls, emails, meetings, and school apps.
Organize and coordinate parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and feedback sessions.
Assist prospective parents with school tours, admission queries, and enrollment processes.
Guide parents through the admission process with timely and accurate information.
Liaise with internal departments (academic, transport, administration) to address parent concerns.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new students and parents into the school community.
Address and resolve parent grievances professionally and promptly.
Collect and document parent feedback to improve school processes and services.
Maintain confidential records of all interactions and feedback.
Encourage and coordinate parent involvement in school events and activities.
Support the planning and execution of workshops, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with counsellors and teachers to communicate student progress or concerns to parents.
Prepare reports on parent interactions and engagement metrics for internal use.
Stay updated on best practices in parent relationship management and school communication.
Participate in professional development sessions to enhance communication and conflict resolution skills.
