Location: Tilak Stone Arts India – Jaipur Office (1st and 2nd Floor, Mall 21, Opposite Raj Mandir, Panch Batti, Jaipur, 302001)
Salary Range: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and performance)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Jaipur office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional service to clients, visitors, and team members.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism and warmth. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a knack for creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors courteously.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

Call Handling & Communication:

  • Operate and manage the EPBX system efficiently.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
  • Log missed calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Administrative Support:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and client visits.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Office Coordination:

  • Ensure the showroom and common areas (reception, meeting rooms, washrooms) are clean and presentable.
  • Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams to manage client visits and appointments.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Safety & Security:

  • Maintain office security by following safety protocols and controlling access via the reception desk.

HR Assistance:

  • Provide support to the HR department as required (e.g., onboarding paperwork, employee inquiries).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in handling EPBX systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
