Receptionist/Front Desk

As a Receptionist at Netforchoice, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, playing a crucial role in representing the company in a positive light. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors and clients with a positive and helpful attitude - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff - Maintaining a clean and organized reception area - Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors - Providing general support to other departments as needed - Ensuring office security by managing access control procedures - Performing basic data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records - Other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1 year of work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Netforchoice offers a competitive salary, health and wellness benefits, and professional development opportunities.
