Position: Receptionist cum Office Assistant Exp: 2 to 5 years Office: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/office Assistant to assist our founding team. You will be resourceful, highly organized and self-motivated to put processes in place. Job Role: Handling incoming and outgoing Telephone Calls Handling all kinds of Office Administrative work. Managing other office maintenance through designated agencies, preparing various agreements with clients and other associates. Assisting Directors and other management persons in daily office activities Assist and support administrative staff in their day-to-day operations. Support sales & Marketing in handling and documenting. Assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat. Schedule and organize meetings, events, and appointments Candidate profile: 1. Designation will be Receptionist cum Office Assistant 2. Female candidate Only. 3. Should be well dressed and presentable. 4. Should stay nearby office. 5. Working hours: 10.00 am till 7pm. 6. Candidate will work at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai office. 7. Should be graduate from any stream. 8. Should be good in communication (English, Hindi). 9. Should be knowledge about Computer. 10. Salary depends on Candidates performance.
