Job Description

We are hiring an experienced receptionist for our resort located in Athirappilly

Qualification : Any Degree/ PG

Experience : 05-10 years of experience in similar industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the system.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries courteously and promptly.
  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
  • Handle billing, payments, and prepare invoices or receipts as required.
  • Address guest complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain front desk records, reports, and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
  • Follow resort policies, safety, and service standards consistently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
