Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (Event Space Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and presentable Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist visitors with event space availability, area dimensions, capacity, and usage details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors and callers
  • Share event space details (size, layout, capacity, usage)
  • Coordinate site visits with the events/facilities team
  • Maintain inquiry and availability records
  • Ensure a professional front desk experience

Requirements:

  • Good communication & customer handling skills
  • Basic understanding of area measurements
  • Comfortable with Excel, email, and phone handling
  • Experience in reception / hospitality / events preferred

Experience: 0-3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
