Job Description

To be the first point of contact for showroom visitors, ensuring polite customer greeting, proper enquiry registration, and smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Customer Handling

Greet walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer purpose (sales, service, insurance, delivery, etc.).
Direct customers to the appropriate sales executive or department.

Enquiry Management

Register walk-in and telephonic enquiries accurately.
Assign enquiries to sales executives as per rotation policy.
Maintain daily enquiry registers and CRM entries.

Call Handling

Attend incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide basic information on vehicle models, offers, and showroom timings.
Transfer calls to concerned staff when required.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Insurance teams.
Support sales team with enquiry follow-ups and customer updates.

Showroom Discipline

Maintain reception desk cleanliness and professional appearance.
Ensure customer waiting area is neat and comfortable.
Follow showroom SOPs and OEM standards.

Reporting

Submit daily enquiry and call reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
